Latest Book Haul

Hey Guys!

Hope y'all are well and no doubt loving your latest reads, I finally caved and got myself these beauties..

How gorgeous are the covers? I've been so looking forward to reading The Wrath and the Dawn, it's received so much attention lately like it's seriously all over my twitter feed constantly and I finally get to see what the fuss is about.

Crimson Bound is another exciting read as I loved Hodge's first book Cruel Beauty, she has such a unique way of writing and her world-building skills are immense, plus this new standalone is a twist retelling of 'Little Red Riding Hood' so this was a MUST.

Finally Obsidian, yes I have no idea who Daemon Black is but alls I hear is swoon worthy things and that he's the Ultimate Book Boyfriend, so it is looooooong overdue that I read this, Jennifer Armentrout is a God for creating wonderful stories and HOT MEN and I have yet to read a book of her I haven't loved.

Let me know if anyone has already read these or they're currently reading something amazing, my to-be-read shelf can never be too long!

HAPPY READING
Cody

It's time to choose sides....

On the surface, Sorry-in-the-Vale is a sleepy English town. But Kami Glass knows the truth. Sorry-in-the-Vale is full of magic. In the old days, the Lynburn family ruled with fear, terrifying the people into submission in order to kill for blood and power. Now the Lynburns are back, and Rob Lynburn is gathering sorcerers so that the town can return to the old ways.

But Rob and his followers aren’t the only sorcerers in town. A decision must be made: pay the blood sacrifice, or fight. For Kami, this means more than just choosing between good and evil. With her link to Jared Lynburn severed, she’s now free to love anyone she chooses. But who should that be?

A darkly humorous take on Gothic romance, Sarah Rees Brennan's Lynburn Legacy weaves together the tale of a heroine desperate to protect those she loves, two boys hoping to be saved, and the magical forces that will shape their destiny.

The Fates are cackling their bony asses off…

It’s been a year since Seth made the deal with the gods that pledged his life to them. And so far, the jobs they’ve given him have been violent and bloody–which is kind of all right with him. But now Apollo has something else in mind for Seth. He’s got to play protector while keeping his hands and fingers off, and for someone who really has a problem with restraint, this new assignment might be the most challenging yet.

Josie has no idea what this crazy hot guy’s deal might be, but it’s a good bet that his arrival means the new life she started after leaving home is about to be thrown into an Olympian-sized blender turned up to puree. Either Josie is going insane or a nightmare straight out of ancient myth is gunning for her.

But it might be the unlikely attraction simmering between her and the golden-eyed, secret-keeping Seth that may prove to be the most dangerous thing of all.

Because history has once again been flipped to repeat.
